ਇਸ ਵੈੱਬਸਾਈਟ ਦਾ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਪੁਰਾਤਨ ਯਾ ਬਿਰਧ ਗੁਟਕਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਪੋਥੀ ਯਾ ਸਿੱਖ ਇਤਿਹਾਸ ਦੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਕਿਤਾਬ ਦੀ ਸਾਂਭ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਤਾਂ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਅਗਨ ਭੇਟ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਬਜਾਏ ਸਤਿਕਾਰ ਸਮੇਤ ਸਾਂਭ ਕੇ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਪੂੰਜੀ ਨੂੰ ਗਲਤ ਹੱਥਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਣ ਤੋਂ ਵੀ ਰੋਕਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ।
The purpose of this website is to preserve the elderly but precious gutka sahib, pothis or sikh religious books with utmost respect and not cremate (agan bhet) them. It is also to be made sure that these should not go in wrong hands.

ਇਤਿਹਾਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਿਲਚਸਪੀ ਹੋਣ ਕਰਕੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਵਾਰ ਦਾਸ ਦੇ ਮੰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਫੁਰਨਾ ਆਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਅਖੀਰ ਮਿਤੀ ੧੬ ਜਨਵਰੀ ੨੦੨੩ ਈਃ ਨੂੰ ਫੇਸਬੁਕ ਤੇ ਇਹ ਗੁਜ਼ਾਰਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਪੁਰਾਤਨ ਯਾ ਬਿਰਧ ਪੋਥੀਆਂ ਗੁਟਕਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਯਾ ਇਤਿਹਾਸਿਕ ਪੁਸਤਕਾਂ ਅਗਨ ਭੇਟ ਨਾ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਣ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਇਹ ਪੂੰਜੀ ਸਾਂਭ ਕੇ ਰੱਖੀ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ।
ਉਸੇ ਦਿਨ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਵੇਲੇ ਸਹਿਜ ਪਾਠ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਗੁਰੂ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਹੁਕਮ ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ । ਫੇਰ ਉਸੇ ਰਾਤ ਗੁਰੂ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੀ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਨਾਲ ਇਹ ਵੈਬਸਾਈਟ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤੀ।
My keen interest in sikh history and literature always used to inspire me to take necessary steps to preserve elderly but precious gutka sahib, pothis or sikh religious books and they should not be cremated (agan bhet). At last, On January 16, 2023, guru sahib bestowed this thought and I shared the same on facebook.
The same day, in the evening, while doing sehaj path, guru sahib blessed his servant with this hukam. On the same night, I made this website with the blessings of guru sahib.

ਗੁਰੂਦੁਆਰਾ ਜੋਤ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਅਤੇ ਆਨੰਦਪੁਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਖੇ ਅਸੀ ਹਰ ਸਾਲ ਇੱਕ ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਕਰਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੱਚੇ ਹੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਸੁਖਾਸਣ ਤੱਕ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਨਿਭਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੱਚੇ ਕੀਰਤਨ ਕਵੀਸ਼ਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਥਾ ਵੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।
We organize an annual program at Gurudwara Jot Parkash Sahib, Canada and Anandpur Sahib, Punjab where kids perform all sewa from Guru Sahib's parkash till sukhasan. Kids also take part in kirtan, gurmat poems & katha.
